Neely Tubati-Alexander, Founder

Neely brings 11+ years of human resources and operations experience in organizations of all sizes, including Fortune 500 and start up environments, predominantly supporting sales and marketing ventures.  She holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and has served on the Phoenix Business & Workforce Development Board for two consecutive terms. 

Her out of the box, creative approach to solving business problems lent itself to a fast-tracked career in the corporate space. Neely left this mainstream path in 2012, to work in more direct impact environments, working with small business owners to successfully scale their businesses, specifically to aid in building and growing key operational infrastructure.

Neely began consulting with business owners in 2012, eventually forming Culture Connective, bred from a passion for working with and growing small businesses.
